– 1 on 1 training sessions are with me

– Each session is created and executed for your personal fitness goals

– Each session is to instruct and teach proper biomechanics, form and technique on each exercise.

– Each session is 45min to 1 hour in length

– In person check-ins are done once a week. I take your body measurements and weight, and a body analysis is done. This is to track your progress weekly and make any necessary changes in your fitness program.

– Weekly Diet Plan is included and provided

– Weekly Training Program is included and provided

-The goal of each session is to get you closer and closer to your fitness goal until we achieve it. Also so that you can learn the form of each exercise to perform and execute by yourself.
